The ELBOW-mounted short-circuit indicator offers field adjustable discrete trip settings of 400 or 800 amps. This unique patented design offers economical fault indication in an elbow mounted device. ELBOW fault indicators do not require mounting on the elbow test point. This feature leabes the test point free to be used for it‘s intended purpose. The ELBOW-mounted SCI is secured around the elbow with a stainless strap that acts as a closed sore CT and fits deameters up to 3.0 inches. This simple, economical design will reduce outage times conveniently and affordably.
