The voltage detectors comprise two sections, the display unit with the contact electrode and insulating rod.
The voltage condition is displayed visually via LEDs, as well as visibly and audibly via LEDs and horn. The display is supplied by two lithium long-term batteries, which in normal use only have to be changed in the factory, in the cycle of repetitive tests provided, after 6 years.
These voltage detectors have their own integrated tester, with the help of which a functional test can be conducted prior to regular use. The circuit including the sensor point is tested.
A black leatherette bag or a steel sheet case is offered to store the voltage detectors.
